I booked a meeting with a VP who initially responded that she was not interested
Ran into an old friend at a coffee shop, struck up an organic conversation, and turns out he has some ties to a CFO I’m pursuing. Strong lead. Now gotta work it.
Been doing demos and having discussions around our new AI-based products coming in 2024. Turning disengaged customers into engaged customers. Having insightful, non-transactional discussions. Asking hard questions. Debating on impact. Listening to concerns. Rinse and repeat. Building great pipeline for FY24.

Prospect told me my cold call pitch was the best he’s heard in over a year. Goes to show that doing your research beforehand and aligning with your prospects’ priorities is the best way to get their attention.

I am challenging leaders to get their arms around AI now rather than waiting until next year. There is enough information out there for a company to formulate their own unique perspective and plan accordingly. Either you are scared to death and will wait until your competition eclipses you, or you will embrace and lead to differentiate and become more efficient. I’m all about the challenge, baby.
I mapped a Customer Business Strategy to a Technology Capability Portfolio
