Good luck to your colleagues!

How about wins of the month? Got invited to Club this past June. Also got a best in quarter award for one of my reports. It’s been a good start to our fiscal!

Great to hear, @ben.pruden! Thanks for sharing.

With such a big month last month, what are the new wins you’re most focused on nailing down in July?

Might now seem like a win at first, but my Win of the Week was knowing a deal wasn’t going to close, and it was time to stop pursuing it so aggressively.

Sometimes you need to know when to move on and concentrate on other pursuits that are more realistic.

Of course I’ll plan on circling back later, but just not any time soon.

Professional - had lunch with one of my champions last Friday (first in-person connection with them) and had a well-balanced conversation (plenty of work-related chat, but also a lot about interests, hobbies, family)

Personal - down 2 lbs since last week

Not sure this is a “win” but definitely a feel good!

A customer of mine who I managed during our FY23 is a F100 company, requested for me to be their Account Manager.

There is certainly more to the story, but it is rare to have a customer fight as hard as this customer did to have me reassigned.

This is a validation that I did something right. Earned trust and respect throughout the org.

Perhaps the win here…they fought so hard and now they will have to do a deal with me during our FY25.

Moral of the story…do right by customers and good things will happen.

I agreed to be a sales consultant for a company that enjoyed me so much as their vendor that when I left my previous company they ask be to become apart of the team. My sales assignment for most of the year was gray to me (mostly because I am new to sales consulting) but after 10 months I received my first break through at a large target that will be a $500-1M revenue generator. This is big because the business is about 2.5M annually. The project will take 1-2 years and I’m expecting a long challenging road of keeping the momentum up to cross the finish line. We are ecstatic!

Being overly transparent with a key stakeholder, which resulted in him being very transparent giving me crucial information needed for a large deal we have been working on for a very long time.
