My primary focus is on expansion. I am part of the group that manages out strategic customers and only have 3 accounts…but large accounts.
That said, I run a weekly internal meeting to help AEs overcome internal and external challenges. This group is made up of both AEs who focus primarily on new logos and expansion of current customers which gives me an opportunity to keep my prospecting edge sharpe as I coach many regularly.

More recently, big shift to expansion. Harder market for new biz so re-prioritizing to maximize revenue potential.
