During a typical work week, when are you usually first checking your work email?

  • If I wake up in the middle of the night, Iā€™m checking it.
  • When I first wake up to start the day.
  • Some time during the morning before the work day starts.
  • Right when I officially start work for the day.
  • I start working, and then check it later on after I do other tasks.

I usually try and take an hour each morning to let my mind wake up before I start looking through emails.
