What’s your best piece of advice to a seller just getting started in their career?
Establish an early eagerness for continuous learning and an ability to adapt quickly to changes in the market. The essence of sales is the power of relationship building, understanding your customer’s needs, and cultivating trust.

Embrace rejection is a part of the journey early on(you’ll need a thick skin), transforming each ‘no’ into a learning opportunity. Build a strong personal brand that can set you apart, whilst being culturally sensitive can deepen connections in a global market.
